This portion of a farmhouse is on two levels, the groundfloor is an open space where you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and the living room with a billiards, at the first floor there are three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds), one master bathroom with a great Jacuzzi tub and shower and another bathroom with shower. Outside you have a wonderful veranda overlooking the garden with a view on the surrounding countryside where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The farmhouse is part of the "Agriturismo La Castellina" which includes other two smaller houses and it can host in total up to 13 persons, it can be also rented in his entirety. The property is set on top of a hill and is surrounded by vine yards and woods having a magnificent 360 degree view. It is completed by a garden and a pool of 6x16 mt with a patio where you can enjoy relaxing moments. You will have access to the entire located part of the farmhouse and to the garden and swimming pool area. I myself live sometime in the other portion of the farmhouse, I will welcome you and try to do my best to make you have a wonderful stay. The farmhouse is part of the "Agriturismo La Castellina" which includes two other houses. The property rests on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards with small towns nearby offering authentic cuisine and delicious local wines. Distances: Florence airport: 70 km, Florence town: 55 km, Siena: 25 km, Arezzo 25 km, Cortona 40 km, Pisa airport: 130 km. Heating and air conditioning aren't included in the daily price.
