Inspired by Nordic barns, we have created a house that fits especially in the blueberry slopes at Rånnavägsjon. For the design conscious, this villa is something out of the ordinary. Villa Blåbär is minimalist, with a strong sense of material and a spirit of timelessness. Suspended eaves, windows and doors with narrow trim and moldings contribute to the special character of the house. The headland with the blueberry garden and the panorama sauna is your very private retreat for your time off. The house has a large kitchen with plenty of space to cook together. The living room with fireplace and 6 meter high ceiling invites you to let the evenings fade away. The entire length of the house towards the lake is covered with a 3 meter wide wooden terrace, which is extended by a covered lounge area with a stove and pizza oven and the sauna. The spacious bathroom on the first floor with bathtub and shower give next to the bathroom upstairs enough space to get out of the way in the morning. Two bedrooms are also downstairs with patio doors onto the terrace facing the lake. Upstairs are three more bedrooms for nighttime retreats. The entire house has wood flooring with underfloor heating that runs on mountain heat. The entire house and garden with sauna house and private access to the lake are your kingdom. The sandy beach is within walking distance. There are in the immediate vicinity 4 other cottages of very quiet Swedes. Please drive slowly on the 300 meter long forest driveway to the house and greet nicely, then you will always be greeted nicely :) On our website calm . estate you will find many activities nearby, such as hiking through Europe's largest bog, exciting fishing opportunities by boat or recreational and shopping park in the area. Gothenburg is about 60min by car. A total of 3 cars have space on the property, parking outside is not possible. There are electricity costs for heating and sauna.
