Kukupa cottage is a new build, on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is also very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. When the sun is shining it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked out with us blinds so you can still see the lovely view, but there are blackout blinds also along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also
