The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 5 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.
