Spacious house w/great view and large unashamed garden

Big house with four bedrooms inside plus barbecue cabin (four extra simple mattresses) and large porch with multiple seating areas and large unashamed garden. Short distance to Sommarland, Høyt & Lavt, Norsjø holidayland, Gvarvelva, Lindheim beer company, shops, street kitchens, cafes and a bunch of farm outlets and galleries/art exhibitions. Short distance to the forest and nice hiking trails. We would like to rent to families with children and calm adults. We take minimal responsibility for laundry and expect the house to be left in the condition it was found in.

Cabin in a perfect location

The cabin has a great and very sunny location on the "top" of Lifjell, and borders the cross country skiing trails located right on the down side. The cabin is located on a nice hillside, with no transparency from transient cross-country skiers. Easy access with parking for 2 cars. Walking distance to smaller ski slopes on Vinterland and Lifjellstua. Only about 1 km to Lifjell alpine ski resort with several slopes. On the terrace there is an outdoor fireplace, a fireplace, a fireplace, and several seating options. There is also a charcoal grill available.

Cabin in unobstructed and sunny location - Lovely view of Norsjø. - 3 bedrooms - Driveway to the door - Inlaid electricity and water - Nice pool - Shower - Many swimming opportunities. The area has great nature and several hiking trails. Norsjø is a great take off point for a boat trip on the Telemark Canal and central to Lifjell and Bø Sommarland and all other attractions in Telemark. 200m away from the cabin you will find Lien Gård with cider tasting and Sauna. Norsjø Ferieland with wakeboard and Norsjø hotel is about 3 km away.

We rent out the brewery/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here children can play, kick football, etc. The house has a kitchen, living room, sauna and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms that can accommodate a total of six people. The first bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom you have to go through to get to the second, which contains a double bed, and two single beds. The house is rural. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

For those who like to be in peaceful surroundings, with bathing water and pier. Approx. 500 meters to walk from the parking lot. 12V systems for lights with solar cell, gas for cooking and refrigerator, as well as water tap for drinking/cooking (tank 100 l.) There are possibilities for internet, but can be unstable. There is one bedroom with 6 beds plus living room and kitchen in open plan. It is approx. half an hour to drive to Bø Sommerland (waterpark for kids/families). Rowing boat included.

Modern cottage with that small extra. Trail nets and hiking trails just outside, quiet and great indoor surroundings. Right behind the cabin is both Bøkstulnatten and Krinto, great peaks of over 900 meters. Perfect for everyone. Experience Jotunheimen in miniature, put on your shoes, and enjoy the view.
