The cottage is situated beside the old L&LSR railway line midway between Letterkenny and Derry (a beautiful historic city) and on Wild Atlantic Way the N13, which mskes it is easy to access and an ideal location to explore Inishown or Fanad peninsula. The cottage and out buildings were once a forge where horses were shod and farm implements mended. It has been restored with sympathy and respect to the early days yet with all the modern facilities to ensure a relaxing atmosphere.
