Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants and a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm. This space is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, wifi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs.
