The grounds back up to the Ipswich River with 40 miles of walking trails in Appleton Farms. Horses, cows & sheep roam close by all year long. The town of Ipswich is made up of about 12,000 residents and most houses are in the historic, first period, New England style. Downtown offers restaurants, bars and shopping.

This cozy two bedroom private suite is a perfect place to stay when visiting the North Shore of Boston. It's central location is walking distance to the train into Salem, Boston, or Newburyport. Gordon College, Endicott College, and Montserrat College of Art are all within a five minute drive. We are located in a quiet neighborhood and are the perfect place to stay with your family or for couples traveling together. This space is private, however, it is part of our family home.

This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out. NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts.
