Large child-friendly villa near the sea on Nøtterøy

Nøtterøy . Large single-family home of 300 m2 with great garden and very good sun conditions until long evening. The home is in a blind alley in a quiet and calm area. About 5 km to Tønsberg town, and 900 meters to the sea. 300 meters to kiwi and gas station. Here there is space for everyone in the spacious living room with a 3 meter dining table. Two large bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms has double bed with 180cm width. Possibilities to put a third double bed in one of the children's bedrooms if needed. The two children's bedrooms each have a 120cm width bed. Possibility of 2 extra mattresses on the floor if needed. There is also a sofa bed with a 140 cm wide sofa bed in the cinema room. However, please note that there are no windows in this room. Private cinema room, fitness room, trampoline, slide and children's toys. No party, and only rent out to families.

Take your whole family to this sunny and seaworthy place. Spacious and child-friendly, located 200 meters from the beach and 5 km to Tønsberg city center. Experience real archipelago idyll! Great views of the Oslo fjord. Short distance to outdoor areas, playgrounds, public transport, sea and great hiking areas. There are several nice beaches in the immediate vicinity. We rent primarily for quiet families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The home is a good fit for 7 people, plus any children in a travel crib (included).

Large family friendly house with short distance to the sea, beach and Tønsberg city center. Large garden of 900 sqm with sun from morning to evening. Several patios. One patio has two lounge chairs and is perfect for morning sun, a covered patio with dining table and heating lamp as well as a patio with sun from about 13-21 with sun loungers and lounge group. swing stand, sandbox and playhouse for the children. Walking distance to nice beach. Popular beaches like Ringshaugstranda and Skallevoldstranda only 10 min drive from the house

Cozy house with sea view at Husvik/Tangen.

The home is located on cozy Nes/Tangen with immediate proximity to great hiking trails, the sea and popular beaches. Norway's smallest ferry service, Ole3, goes right by and takes you summer time to Husøy and on to Nøtterøy. Some changes have been made to the furniture since the pictures were taken, including 2 sofas in the living room. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor of which one with double bed and one with bunk bed. 1 bedroom on 2nd floor with 2 single beds. Bus stop about 100 m away and several daylife shops nearby.

Villa with pleasant outdoor area and proximity to the sea

At idyllic Storevar you live just a 5 minute walk away from the beach with a bathing jetty and pleasant hiking areas. By car it takes just under 20 minutes to both Tønsberg and Sandefjord. Stokke center with shops, cafes and restaurants is 5 minutes away by car. The single-family home is child-friendly and sheltered from the inner end of the dead end. There are nice outdoor areas, trampoline, sandbox and dining group. The home has four bedrooms. Perfect for two families. The home has two bathrooms and two living rooms.

Large villa on idyllic Husøy

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.

This private, two storey house, is located at Gressvik, west Fredrikstad. You'll enjoy a fully furnished kitchen, a private garden and a patio with a BBQ and od. furniture.(During the summer) The house is 300 meters from a grocery store, bakery, shoe and clothing stores, florist etc. Also 300 meters from the house is the ferry that takes you for free through the entire city. Put your sunglasses on and take a stroll - 10 minutes later you're at the city square with restaurants, cafes, shops etc!
