Two minutes walk to town centre and all facilities. I have dogs that are friendly and MOSTLY live outside although they have been known to sneak in!! I live about 5 minutes from the Motu Trails; you can walk to the river and a short drive to two beaches.

They are each listed separately.Can watch milking the cows or watch my horse and donkey's mow the lawn for me.I have a cattle dog and 3 cats 2 donkeys and a horse Milking season is roughly July 15 to April
