Large attractive and cozy 1½ -plan villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås, just over 1 km walk to the sea with several bathing areas, about 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location like the last house on a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Child-friendly garden with large areas enclosed by hedges. Terrace with lounge area and dining area that has sunshine most of the day. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 min) with several departures per hour towards central Gothenburg (20 min).

Gardenspa, near city and beach.

240 sqm in two floors. 10 minutes with bus from the Centralstation och close to the ocean our house has everything you'll need from a stay in Gothenburg. It has a nice garden, a glassroom and a spa in the garden. Busses and tram is hundred meter from our house. We have a fine grocery store, a cafe, restaurants and a drug store only a few hundred meter from our house. Ferrys to Gothenburg arcipelago and the beach is only 1,5 km away. Welcome!

The house divides the garden into two parts and you get one part for yourself which gives a private feeling. The terrace is newly built and fully protected.
