My place welcomes single guest only. It's a 3-bedroom townhouse. I occupied the main bedroom with ensuite, the second one by a lady friend, and the third one - with a comfortable double bed, study desk and wardrobe is for the guest. Big bathroom is shared and another toilet downstairs, as well as the kitchen and living room. Wifi and Netflix included too. The place is in a very convenient location, very close to shops, schools, parks, restaurants and bus stations to/from city.

It takes you 30 mins to go to the Brisbane city or Gold Coast by car.
