Ecological construction and sometimes thousands of years old materials (wood, stone, clay, steel and glass) meet modern architecture with sophisticated use of space and intelligent solar technology. We (Christine and Heinz) have fulfilled a dream here near the Rax and built a minimalist and - as we think - very cozy house for our evening of life. As long as we still work in Vienna, we like to rent out to people who also want to enjoy this beautiful place.

Wonderful setting next to Austrian alps - 2007 m (best water, air and soil quality; world inheritance-mountain railway) . The "Kuenburg" is used optional for events during the warm season.
