A comfortable spacious and much loved, four bedroom family holiday home in Rock with a large garden and ample off-street parking. The house is well located and is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay. A 3 minute walk to the local pub and less than a 10 minute walk to the fantastic local shops and a 3 minute drive to the extensive leisure facilities at "The Point." The house was has been refurbished to a high standard and is a real home away from home.

The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.
