By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away, and the festival house is 20 minutes away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it to travel. The house is right next to the small Margrafen castle Schreez. In 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.
