Enchanting Cottage with Countryside Views

Ground floor living/dining room / kitchen with underfloor heated stone floor. Two steps to bedroom with king size bed. Two steps to bathroom with sloping ceiling, roll top bath , shower cubicle & toilet. Property features include; woodburner in living room, TV/ DVD player, stereo/CD, Electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and highchair can be provided for infants on request. Enclosed patio area with table and chairs and a barbecue. Parking for one car. No smoking or Pets. Friday to Friday change over for full week bookings. One of us in on site most of the time. Our mobile phone numbers are listed in the information pack and guests can contact us through air b&b mail. We are readily available to answer any questions, or give advice on places to visit etc. We are located in a rural setting, approximately 1.5 miles from the nearest village where there is a village shop and popular local public house. Because of our rural setting, the easiest option is to come by car, however there are local buses and taxis available. Friday to Friday change over day

Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Situated in a tranquil location behind our Grade II listed farm cottage at the edge of the fields with panoramic views of the beautiful Cornish countryside. We are on a farm between St Austell & Grampound on the road to the Roseland Peninsula within a few miles of Heligan, Gorran Haven & Mevagissey, yet only a 2 minute drive to the main A390. A car is essential.
