For early 2021 we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!
