Le agradeceré me indique su preferencia a la hora de efectuar su reserva. También tiene cocina y baño totalmente equipado. Cuenta con A/C ( frío o calor), Caja de Seguridad, SMART TV 32" con NETFLIX, WiFi 12 Megas, balcón privado, entre otros El diseño fue pensando por mi, utilizando materiales cálidos y nobles como las maderas. La piscina y el solarium están disponibles para el uso de los huéspedes. La temporada de piscina es desde el mes de Diciembre al mes de Marzo inclusive. Se encuentra ubicada en el piso 10 del edificio y es de libre acceso a los huéspedes Estaré disponible para contestar cualquier duda que surga durante su estadía. Palermo Soho surge a partir de un auge inmobiliario en la zona en la cual diseñadores de moda, artistas, galerías y restaurantes de estilo deciden establecerse reformando antiguas casonas, convirtiendo la zona en un circuito de moda, arte y buen comer. Se denomina Soho evocando la mítica zona de Nueva York SoHo. Cuenta con ferias artesanales situadas en Plaza Armenia y Plaza Serrano (también llamada Plaza Cortazar). Ideal para visitarlas los fines de semana y feriados. Horario 10 am a 20 pm. En la Plaza Armenia hay un puesto para alquilar bicicletas y también está la parada del Bus Turístico, donde se puede disfrutar de recorridos por la ciudad. Ambas plazas se encuentran rodeadas por bares, restaurantes, confiterías, tiendas de ropa, diseño y decoración. Existe mucha vida nocturna alrededor de ellas. A media cuadra de mi casa se encuentra la parrilla "Don Julio" una de las mejores y más conocidas de la ciudad. Usted podrá disfrutar de una surtida variedad de los mejores vinos argentinos y deliciosas carnes servidas al mejor nivel. Plaza Italia : Centro de transporte urbano. Se encuentra a 6 cuadras . Consiste en café, leche, té, cereales, cacao, miel, azúcar, edulcorante y "Mate" (bebida tradicional argentina). El desayuno es auto-servicio. Espacio guarda ropa y guarda equipaje: El departamento cuenta con un pequeño placar con perchas para colgar ropa y con un espacio para guardar un equipaje de tamaño mediano a grande. También hay 6 cajones en los dos laterales de la cama. Smart TV 32” con NETFLIX Wifi velocidad 12 Megas Lavadero de ropa: A media cuadra del departamento hay un lavadero de ropa a costo. Recoleta Chic, peaceful and elegant apartment

The apartment is newly remodeled with very tasteful details in its decoration and modern equipment. It is located meters from the Avda. Santa Fe where the best stores in the city are and very connected to its means of transport. The main room has a "super king" bed that can be assembled whole or separated into two single beds. The pillows are "smart" and the linens as well as the towels are of very good quality. The appliances are new and consist of oven and electric anafes, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and refrigerator with frezeer. The A/C is hot/cold and the fourth also has a ceiling fan for those who do not tolerate direct cold air. The hot water comes from the central boiler of the building so it facilitates long and pleasant baths. Under the kitchen table is a modern dishwasher. All doors have a key lock and the bedroom can be closed from your access hallway, staying that way in "private suite" with the bathroom. I like to socialize, I can take care of them at any time, by email or by cell phone. I live very close to the apartment, I can come if you need me. I provide guests with a complimentary public transportation card that can then be recharged at nearby kiosks. On the dining table I leave the instructions of the house as well as a guide with recommendations on shopping in the supermarket, nearby shops and places to eat with well-priced and good quality food. I can personally advise my guests on tourist attractions, restaurants or fun trendy places, museums, art galleries or shoppings. It is an exclusive residential area, where there are numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques to visit and walk around. Meters from one of the most beautiful squares in the city. It is located meters from Av. Santa Fe where a lot of bus lines circulate that take you within minutes to the main sights of the City. It is also 5 blocks from the metro (subway). Upon arrival I give you a complimentary public transport card that you can top up at the kiosks and a guide to the main sights. Check-in after 20: 00h has an additional cost of US$20. If the stay is longer than 8 days, they are given a set of sheets and spare towels.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.
