This brand new studio apartment beneath our family home is all about the location, only 12 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Courtenay Place, Cuba Mall and rest of the CBD. Situated close to the town belt for fabulous walks and views. The bus stop is located at the bottom of our driveway. Please note - due to this being a new build, the outdoor landscaping is yet to be finished so our pricing is reduced at this stage to reflect this.
