The building has been recently renovated and equipped with the latest safety and comfort systems. The apartment opens as tourist accommodation and offers all the comforts and the most modern air conditioning systems. It is spacious, very bright, quiet and located in an exclusive building. All its operation is programmed by home automation and has a double heating system, underfloor heating or cold/hot air. It has a concierge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its decoration combines the vintage atmosphere, with a very modern style and a minimalist touch. 100 m² It consists of two double bedrooms, both en suite with full bathrooms. The main one with double bed XXL, dressing room and balcony. The second with two single beds. Full kitchen with dining area, incorporated into the living room that has another balcony. Fully equipped. With all appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, iron, hair dryer... It is elegant, comfortable and quiet, given that the balconies overlook quiet streets and moderate traffic. There are also no noisy bars nearby that prevent rest. I offer capsules of coffee, tea, infusions, Cola Cao, juices, milk, sugar, buns and sweets... everything you need for a good breakfast. Also, to prepare something to eat, it has olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, soft drinks, beers...... If you want, I can pick you up and take you to the airport or station. The neighborhood of Salamanca is one of the most important areas of Madrid, for its peculiar distribution and for the neighbors who have traditionally inhabited its emblematic streets. From the second half of the nineteenth century, its buildings enjoy special interest thanks to their architectural quality and the beauty of their facades. Its residential character coexists with other activities such as business, diplomatic and especially commercial since it is one of the most important luxury fashion areas in Madrid. The neighborhood of Salamanca has several metro stations, Banco de España a few meters away, suburban train station, Recoletos, and several bus lines that connect it with other areas of Madrid. Although due to its situation, you can reach the most tourist center of Madrid, in a short walk. It's a quiet neighborhood community, so avoid noisy events. You will find the written instructions, the WIFI key (fiber optic), operation of the appliances, etc. All the textiles in the house, both bed linen and towels, are 100% sustainable cotton and extra quality, for maximum comfort.

At Home in Madrid, Trendy Neighborhood, Sanitized

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
