It is a pretty accommodation like a cafe that you can enjoy while looking at the sea right in front of you. The indoor space of 15 pyeong and the outdoor space of 45 pyeong are surrounded by the fence, so the whole family can have a peaceful rest time together without disturbing the surroundings. This is a quiet private pension located near Seorak Beach in Sokcho and Yangyangsai. The main tourist attractions in Sokcho and Yangyang are all located 10 minutes away by car, making it easy to access. It is a pension for only one team, and there is an independent barbecue with a bathroom, kitchen, air conditioner, and beam screen sound machine, and a lawn and pool yard where children can run safely. The pension is blocked with fences all around, so it is safe to release children. The low pool height of 40cm deep minimizes the risk of safety accidents when children play in the water, and since it is only for water supply (cold water), we do not reuse the pool water. We have a 100-pyeong free parking lot, and there are a total of 3 toilets (showers). All facilities in the pension are free. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 ondol room, and a spacious living room. System air conditioning is installed in the living room and each bedroom, and there is a capsule coffee machine, ice maker, water purifier, etc. Our pension is designed for parents who are tired of childcare and families who are tired of daily life to rest quietly and comfortably.

The air is nice because there is a 70 + year old Geumgang pine tree around the pension. It's a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, and Jinjin Beach is also beautiful. You can also fish at the port, which is 1 minute away by car. Gonghyeonjin and Songjiho Beach are 5 minutes away by car. Seoraksan Mountain, Hwajinpo Beach, and Geumgangsan Mountain are within 30 minutes by car.
