Delightful Farmhouse Cottage in Historic Summerville
Enter the farmhouse cottage to discover a spacious living room complete with a daybed that can easily turn into two twin beds so you can bring your kids (or an extra guest) along to enjoy your Southern small-town vacation - but still have some private space! The private bedroom just down the hall boasts a king size bed featuring a coil-wrapped spring core and gel-infused mattress nestled on a beautiful nailhead charcoal blue linen frame. But if you want to relax with your favorite show on Netflix before bed or indulge yourself with a movie night in (there is a Redbox nearby!), enjoy the view on your LED Smart TV (50 inch located in living room, 32 inch located in bedroom). The bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in shower, plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, and a hair dryer. Our hope is that you can just bring yourself, leave the little things to us, and enjoy a quiet retreat away.
The spacious kitchen includes a fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, and a coffee maker, along with a laundry station with stackable washer/dryer set. There is also a large farmhouse-inspired dining table.
Revel in the beauty of the outdoors from your private porch swing, where you can sip wine or our famous sweet tea (side note - sweet tea started here in Summerville) while you enjoy the summer breezes. Visiting us on a Saturday? Be sure to check out our local farmer’s market, located a mere steps from your front door, May through November.

The house is set on a road just off Main St in historic downtown Summerville. Walk into downtown for restaurants, coffeehouses, and quaint shops. A short drive away there are movie theatres. WPD is in heart of historic downtown Summerville surrounded by Live Oaks and Magnolias, walking distance to stores, restaurant bars in less than 5 minutes. We are 45 minutes away from downtown Charleston or beautiful beaches (i.e.Folly or Edisto). The entrance is private. There is a kitchenette (i.e. microwave, coffee machine, & mini frig). We a have a Murphy queen bed with soft foam mattress. There is a BIG movie theater style projector with cable + Netflix. There is a granite bar for laptop.
