Cute 2 bedroom cottage located 4 miles from the Smithville Lake boat ramp and 5 miles from the marina. The home is on our 3 acre farmette and you will overlook our pond and Scottish Highland cow and calves from the deck. Fiber internet with netflix and prime. BBQ grill available on deck. Fire pit in yard. Charcoal, firewood available for a small fee on the honor system. A few other things available too to be purchased that you may have forgotten and to make you stay more comfortable.
