Cozy and new apartment in separate unit, located in rural Trolla, only 6 km from Trondheim city center. Private entrance, large living room with living room and kitchen. En suite bathroom and private bedroom with double bed. Cabinets, ironing board, blow dryer, internet, TV, workspace. Parking on the road right outside the apartment. Bus connection to the city center. Very short way to Bymarka with ski slopes and hiking trails. Short distance to the sea/Trollafjæra. The home is located in quiet residential area on Trollahaugen. Smoke and party free.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with the city market right outside the door. The bus takes about 10 minutes from the city center and stops right outside the home. Busses run frequently to and from the listing. Shop, pharmacy and bakery are only 3 min walk away. You will have access to a private room, with a 120cm wide bed. Bed linen and towel included. Apartment will be shared with me and my husky Nova. Note: There is a renovation of the housing association, so some noise may occur. They work between 7-15 weekdays.
