Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 using Kingspan insulation panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Easy commute to Armidale.

A home cooked Thai meal is available in the evenings on request ($20 per person).
