Trail status 20.11.23: The Alpine slope opens Nov 26, and there are over 50 km of cross country skiing trails! Large newly built cottage with great location at the top of the alpine area. In summertime you get morning sun on the breakfast terrace, before the afternoon sun stretches around to a large combined terrace on slate and wood, with stunning views of Jotunheimen! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 1st floor. Hems with two bedrooms and open solution down to living room. Large kitchen with direct access to ski room/butter shed. The cabin has electric car charger!

Classical Norwegian log cabin + annex in the mountains at Lehøvd, Valdres. Great view of Grønsenknippa and surrounding area by Syndin Lake. The cabin is secluded in a quiet area without many other cabins around. There are miles of ski slopes right outside the door. In Summer it is in the middel of the mountian biking trail there. There are many hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming and kayaking in Sørre Syndin and Hamriskjedn. Lots of space around you outdoors for a tent/ hammock or grilling.

The rental part is the lower floor of the home with its own entrance, there are no internal stairs and concrete separates the floors. Ergo, very little listen. The space consists of: small entrance hall, two bedrooms (two single beds in both rooms), open plan kitchen towards living room, one bathroom. Pets are allowed. Smoking and partying are not allowed. Heating via panel ovens. Parking at entrance. All rubbish is emptied into the agreed can. It's sorting at source.
