The bus stop is 10/15 minutes to the ski station at Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, Circuito Chico and Cerro Campanario, one of the 7 best views in the world and to downtown Bariloche. The house is equipped with central heating, WIFI, offering all the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable. It is a house with lots of light, wood and comfort. Of a typically Patagonian style. Large windows in all environments, which are all very spacious. Located in Villa Los Cohiues, a few blocks from Lake Gutierrez and minutes from Cerro Catedral. Surrounded by greenery and starting point for walks to the lake, the Elves Waterfall and the Cathedral.
