Studio Noorderzon — Stylish loft within walking distance of the beach.

Feel free and welcome in this newly renovated studio of 31m2 with comfortable sofa, cozy and sheltered roof terrace and modern kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. The bedroom is bright and fresh just like the toilet and the bathroom with rain shower. Our studio is brand new, fully equipped and will be available from 12 April 2019. Pictures will follow as soon as possible as soon as the construction is finished (March). The studio has a loft-like character with a separate toilet and bathroom. You have a full kitchen including dishwasher and can enjoy your south-facing private balcony. Guests have a private entrance and entrance to the studio. Bicycles can be stored in our garage. We live next door to the studio and will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Discover Westkapelle with its clean and cozy beaches and an imposing sea dike where you can almost touch the passing ships. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the dunes, forests and nature reserve de Kreek are also nearby. Westkapelle is steps away from the seaside resorts of Zoutelande and Domburg, but does not know the mass tourism that these places do know. It is a cozy village with all the necessary facilities, without the disadvantages of the enormous crowds. Westkapelle has a bus connection to various villages on Walcheren and to the cities Middelburg and Vlissingen where there are train stations. The municipality of Veere charges a city tax of 1.25 p.p.p.n. This amount must be paid to the landlord upon arrival.

Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and an air cooler in the summer. Wonderfully soft water through the water softener. Tea and instant coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). Upstairs is a stair gate installed. Check in from 2pm. Check out before 10am. Parking is free of charge in our driveway. So no parking costs! Our price includes tourist tax.
