Clean and Quiet Private room in brand new home

Home was just built and is in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from the Mesquite rodeo, as well as 7/11 and Walmart grocery. Less than a minute away from 635. Guests have the second floor to themselves, except for when I need to use the laundry room. You’ll have a private room with detached bath, and washer and dryer access. There is also a cozy den upstairs, with a tv and Netflix. I do not allow additional guests or visitors inside the home.

Firstly, This is a new home with so much quiet and it is centrally located. Secondly, it is about 15-17 from Dallas Downtown. My greatest strength would be trying to keep a clean and cozy space you can love to come back to after a long day. I try to recreate that 'At Home' experience.
