You will be staying with me and my two cats in the semi-detached house on the North East Canal.
The guest room is your private area, kitchen, bathroom and living room, as well as terrace we share. Fully automatic coffee maker can be used for 50ct per drink.
My Peloton Bike may also be used if appropriate cycling shoes are available.

The room is about 16m2 and suitable for guests with little space requirement, recommended for two people only for shorter stay.
The sofa bed has a lying area of 1.40 x 2.00 m. In the room is a kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc., and TV. For more space (up to 3 pers.), the whole apartment can be rented instead of the small room ( see second ad, 30m² + balcony).
