The accomodation is centrally located, not far from city center and university, in a quiet street. The room has 18qm and there is an flexible bed inside, that can be pulled out to a double bed.. Due to the built-in kitchen, the room is more an apartment than a private room. We rent one more room, to be found under "Big room with kitchen ...". The guest bathroom with shower is available to our two guest rooms. Shops, tram, park and pubs are a few minutes walk away.

Hi, Thank you for your interest in my guest room There is a cozy bed (140 x 200). From the train station by tram only 4 stops & takes only 15 minutes. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away. nice restaurants, cafes and shopping are nearby. This apartment is located in the beautiful and popular Paulus district by the water tower. There is free parking nearby. I wish you a pleasant time :)
