Both the dining area and one of the rooms open onto a loggia surrounded by stone arches of 40 square meters, ideal for lunches and dinners, moments of relaxation upon returning from the beach which is only 100 meters away. The villa, which is located at the base of the hill where the houses are located, enjoys the sea view (Blue Flag beach) that can be reached with a pleasant two-minute walk, very close.

House in front of the sea on the beach of Is Pruinis, on the island of Sant'Antioco. The best aspect of this house is the view. This beach is particularly suitable for children beacuse the water is not deep for a big distance in comparison to other beaches of the island, in windy days it is also perfect for kyte surfing. This is not the nicest beach of the island, but it is half way between the nicest beaches and the town.
