Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities. Let us know if you will need use of the sofabed ahead of time.

Private room with private full bath (just shower, no tub) adjacent. It is on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms and opens onto an atrium. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small food area with toaster, microwave, coffee, tea, and fridge. Free wifi is included. The space is adjacent to my home office which may be in use 9am-8pm 7 days week. It is a short and easy drive to UCSB. Bacara nearby too. Children and same gender couples welcome.
