Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

Our guest apartment can be found in the old town center of Alzey-Weinheim. Via a staircase with a small pedestal you can reach the rooms in the 1st upper lock: on the left a modern, large kitchen with dining area, which is also suitable for real cooking, bedrooms and bathrooms and on the right the living room. The rooms in the basement are not occupied, so you have "a house for yourself". On the same plot to the garden lives in a separate house an elderly couple.
