Newly built house with nice terrace and garden.

We are a family of 4: Mom, Dad, Carl of 6 years and Signe of 3.5. We live in a newly built house from 2021 in a quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood. The house is 200 sqm, and contains large kitchen-living room, sleeps 8 + 1 baby bed. In the garden we have a big terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue. There is also a trampoline, sandbox and swing stand with a slide. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the bakery and grocery store, as well as playgrounds etc. in the area. It is a 10 min drive to Hobro, 30 min to Aalborg and 1 hour to Fårup/Djurs Sommerland.

Sitting by the fire at night, or standing with a fishing pole at the shore of the lake, gives peace of mind. Look for sea eagles, icebirds and deer. The home is a three-length boulder farm with thatched roofs. The apartment is 120 m2, it is located in the long facing river. There is no TV or radio here, but plenty of peace and quiet. The perfect place to slow down with reading and board games.
