Modern family cabin by the sea with spa and pool

Moderne feriehus i Søgne i Kristiansand ferdigstilt i 2022. Selv om hytta ligger 150 meter fra stranden kan man skimte sjøen fra terrassen. Hytta ligger også tilrette for gode solforhold, så her kan man nyte sene sommerkvelder på terrassen. Vi har i sameiet bygd et splitter nytt spa/bade-anlegg som dere får fri tilgang til, som er åpent hele året. Anlegget inneholder badstue, boblebad og badebasseng. Dette ligger rett ved siden av hytta, under 1 minutt å gå.

Plenty of space in the house and large patio with opportunities for activities, barbecues and lots more. Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.

Flott bolig i enderekkehus stille og rolig område med kun 10 min. Gange til Årossanden som har nydelig sandstrand. Gode bussforbindelser til Kristiansand, og kun 20 min. Med bil til Dyreparken og ett av Norges største shoppingsenter. Eget badebasseng for barn på terrassen som er til fri bruk på eget ansvar(sesong) Det er en katt i huset, med katteluke, i tilfelle noen er allergiske.

Beautiful home 10 min. drive from Kristiansand.

Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)
