My sister and I own this lovely apartment & we like to offer it to Airbnb when we’re out of town. It overlooks the inner courtyard of a peaceful Altbau apartment building and is newly renovated with hardwood floors and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher!). Our apartment is located in Berlin's most popular neighborhood and is walking distance to cafes, public transportation, canals and Gorlitzer park, and our favorite spots in Berlin which we’ll tell you about in our guidebook :).

Our old building apartment on the 2nd floor is about 190 square meters and is located on a relatively quiet side street. The apartment has a balcony and terrace facing the garden, large bathroom and additional toilet. Our approx. 45 square meter kitchen can be used. We rent a room of about 22 square meters. Three of us live here. The bed is 1.60 m by 2.00 m.
