Cozy and nostalgic, close to the beach.

If you're up for maximum coziness and pure nostalgia, this tiny cottage is for you. That's what we've fallen for ourselves at this house: -) We'll go back to sun, summer, and family fun both inside and out. The summerhouse is located on a really pleasant plot of land with 5 full terraces. There's a heat pump, gas heater, and small freezer. From 1. June to 1. September there is the possibility that 2 people can sleep in the nice Annex with double bed, instead of sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. There is an outdoor kitchen, gas grill, charcoal grill and 5 terraces where there is plenty of opportunity for sunbathing, cosiness and eating out: -) There are 4 adult bicycles for free use. Plenty of space for several cars or a camper on the grounds. It is 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the large campsite with many facilities including mini golf, grocery store, restaurant and entertainment. The house is located right up the amazing little Vildmose. It is 800 meters to the center of Øster Hurup with several restaurants, nice harbor, shopping and bakeries. In the summer, there's a lot of life in the city, for example, a festival of famous names, as well as Friday concerts and various events. There's both tennis and water parks in the city. The beach is gorgeous, with white sand and very child-friendly. So if you want to go and unplug completely, this house is just perfect!!!

Cozy holiday home in Øster Hurup on 75m2 just 150 meters from the beach. The house is within walking distance to the town (600 m), where you will find the harbour, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream parlour and playground. Terraces on 3 sides of the house + 1 covered evening terrace. You will therefore be able to sit out in the morning and evening sun. Lovely fenced garden, where there is room for free play for children and dogs. The house is our own private and we only want to rent to other families or couples. No smoking in the cottage.
