Huset er på 101 kwm opført i 1988, fordelt i stue og førstesal. Stuen har terrassedøre hvor udsigt til haven og naturen kan nydes. Huset ligger i Naturskønne omgivelser med mange træer. På denne side træerne, findes masser af fred, ro og idyl.. Rådyret ses til-tider og til foråret høres Gøgen fra terrassen høres havet. Turen til Havet tager på gåben ca. 20 min. Eller 4 min i bil, afstand til havet 1,6 km Er du/i til hygge ja så det her det findes.
