We will provide you with ice cold drinking water, a waterproof bag to protect your cellphone, keys, wallet, etc. We'll walk down to the kayak launch area and go over all safety precautions including proper use of your life jacket & provide a detailed paddle lesson. Once we are ready to paddle, we will embark on a two hour kayak adventure exploring beautiful Sarasota Bay and the world famous Lido Key mangrove tunnels. I'll tell you all about the interesting history of our beautiful bay as well as talk to you about the incredible flora and fauna we encounter! If we are lucky, we may even be visited be amazing dolphins and gentle manatees. Then, we will journey through Lido Key's spectacular mangrove tunnels while we learn of their importance to our coastal ecosystem. Once our tour is over, we will send you on your way with memories that will last a lifetime. Important note: I will message you immediately after you book to get your preference on single kayaks or tandems. After a thorough tutorial and fitting of the bikes we'll make our way immediately out onto the #1 beach in the country. We ride to the Southern-most point, Crescent Beach and Point of Rocks. We share a bit about the area then continue on, making our way all the way to the Northern-most point of the Key, Sunset Point. There is a local gentleman that puts on a flag lowering ceremony complete with Taps on the bugle each night as the sun sets, we stick around to observe this then ride the entire length of the beach back to our starting point. We take plenty of photos throughout and send them at the end so you are sure to have plenty of mementos to remember our adventure! Other things to note Although no special clothes or shoes are necessary to ride, I do recommend wearing something comfortable as we will be on the bikes the entirety of the tour.

Come experience the wonderful world of the honeybee where we encourage you to take pictures. We begin our 1 1/2 hour experience near Tampa, Florida. I have several different locations to choose from ranging from Farm to urban areas. The address showing will not be the place that you will have your experience. After you book I will send out the location. It will be either Lutz, Odessa, or S. Saint Petersburg. If you book first, I can be flexible as to location. We will begin with a demonstration of the equipment used in beekeeping as well as dressing up in our full bee suits and then immediately start the hands-on experience. At this point you will be able to see, feel, hear and touch apis mellifera (the European honey bee!) as I guide you to a better understanding of these amazing creatures. During our time together you will manipulate equipment, ask questions and get a practical appreciation of the bees. After, you will enjoy a refreshment while we discuss your recent experiences. Upon completion, we provide a 5 oz honey jar and honey dipper to say thank you for being a beekeper for a day! Things to note: PLEASE BRING BOOTS or Tennis shoes. There is always a chance of getting stung, So if you are allergic to bees please choose a different experience. We want you to come away feeling alive and in tune with the natural world. You will be wearing a full bee suit.

Your 1.5+ hour interactive nature experience with the bees begins with a multimedia overview of the life of a bee. You’ll see a hive and learn how to hold a frame (without squishing the bees -they don’t like that). We’ll get suited up. Light a smoker. Do a safety check, and approach the hive. At the hive you’ll see and feel the power of propolis (a supplement for humans as well) -- its the glue bees use to seal up the hive. We’ll lift the lid and go inside. For some, that’s might be as far as they want to go. But, if you’re adventurous, we will do a complete hive inspection: Pull frames to see how the bees create honey and keep the colony alive. You’ll see open “wet cells” of nectar that are still in the process of transforming into honey. You’ll see capped honey, tiny freshly laid eggs and all the stages of bee development ( larvae, caped brood, and newly emerging “baby bees”). I’ll show you how beekeepers help control pests (other insects and diseases) and keep the bees healthy so they can do their important work. You’ll hold frames of bees and feel the weight of a full frame of honey when compared to a frame of bees. There’s always time for selfies. You’ll sample honey & enjoy a cold beverage sweetened with honey. This is Ecco tourism with some of mother nature’s most important workers.

This is a unique experience, we will meet at a park and sit on a blanket surrounded by crystals. You will be taken through a 1:1 healing and cleansing experience. They will have an angel card reading and chakra cleansing while being taken through some breathing exercises. Guests will be given some fun insight into the seaside town and directed towards a place of their liking. Cute coffee shops, ice cream parlors, artisan craft breweries, or boutique shops.

We will start our experience with a traditional German beer, wine or cocktail in my patio overlooking my lush and tropical, lakeside back yard. Then we move into my dining room/kitchen to prepare our German meal. I will guide you through aspects of German food culture, seasonal customs and will advise you of Tampa Bay's local local European shops that have German specialty items and ingredients available. We will cook a typical seasonal three-course menu with a healthy and delicious take on German cuisine. The Class will culminate, as we enjoy our home-cooked meal together, family style, with beer and wine around my dining room table.

Join me for a sixty minute experience in the delightful picturesque Crest Lake Park. With the warm sunshine and surrounded by beautiful green nature we will begin and end each lesson with some breathing exercises along with some light stress-relieving meditation. The lesson will also cover gentle stretching, beneficial core/stability work along with overall strength training. Each lesson can be customized to your group's level of fitness and preferences. You have the option of focusing on lighter more relaxing yoga or pilates based flow or a more high intensity cardio based routine which will really get that heart rate going, burn those extra calories along with increasing oxygen and blood flow. You can also choose to do a fusion of both.

You will meet your guides at Ted Sperling Park, the launch site for the famous Lido Mangrove Tunnels. After a short explanation of the equipment and the paddle, we will launch and practice our skills in a beautiful, shallow bay. Depending on weather conditions, we may paddle to the channel with a goal of paddling with manatees and dolphins. If we do come across them, we will keep our distance and watch them play and frolic. Occasionally, manatees will be curious and will swim up to us. It is such a special experience. Next up, we will head to the mangrove tunnels. We may take a short break at a private beach to stretch our legs before we head into the maze of mangrove tunnels. Your guides will help you navigate the tunnels, pointing out exotic wildlife as you pass. Everyone loves when finding giant hermit crabs and seastars along the way. After paddling though the tunnels and to the hidden lagoon, we will head back to the launch. Your hosts will text photos of your adventure for you to share with friends and family. We'll meet at the Sunlit Cove Boat Ramp in NE St Petersburg up to 6 guests will climb aboard our 22’ Bennington Pontoon Boat for a 2.0 hour pontoon boat cruise and sunset tour. We’ll make our way through Riviera Bay, which will lead us through Weedon Island Nature Preserve and we’ll head out into Tampa Bay to witness one of Tampa Bay’s beautiful sunsets. Dogs are allowed, but you must book a private tour. Private tours (up to 8) are also available. Other things to note Summer sunsets change throughout the year, so cruise time may be adjusted. Let's go on a clear kayak ecotour adventure on the Weeki Wachee River- one of the most scenic waterways in Florida! We start in the quiet estuary of the Mud and Weeki Wachee Rivers, or where they meet the Gulf of Mexico.The first half of the paddle will take us through a salt marsh before we start kayaking up the Weeki Wachee River (a workout, but don't worry we take breaks) and the second half will be an easier trip back to our launch at Mary's Fish Camp. Be ready for lots of great local nature and wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, birds, turtles and fish while kayaking past iconic places on the river such as Rogers Park, a public swim area, and Hospital Hole- the river has so many places! Expect an adventure that is part wild and part urban as the river is a popular one to enjoy living and recreating on. We spend the first 20 minutes taking care of the basics, signing waivers, kayaking lesson and information about the tour ahead. We spend 2 hours on the water depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way! This is a no exit tour to preserve the Weeki Wachee for generations to come. We spend the duration of our tour in our kayaks. Please note that weekends and holidays can be a popular time for recreation on the river! We'll meet at the designated cafe right by the beach where there is plenty of public parking, then walk a few steps over to the beach and watch the sunset while I snap golden hour photos of you and your crew! You'll take in the gorgeous views and splash in the ocean as I take your pictures walking alongside the beach.
