The first floor is well insulated and with new windows, and the floor consists of 2 bedrooms and an intermediate aisle with sofa and TV. Bedroom 1 consists of two single beds, which can be combined. Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds. This means that there is room for 4 overnight guests. The house was built in 1915 and is a former tub workshop.
