This quaint house is set back from the road, so traffic noise is quiet, but it is an upper apartment, so you may need to be considerate or accommodating of neighbors. A 20 min drive away from any of the great places in the Buffalo area. 5 min from all the local hwy's, 32 min to the Falls, 5 min drive to the stadium. It was built in the 40's by our grandmother, and while we have done much renovations, it is still an old house with all the character and peccadillos.
