The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. Complex has an open outdoor green lawn with a dock looking out towards downtown and the lake. There is a paddleboard/kayak rental shop within walking distance from the condo available for hourly or day rent. Shops are Epic Sup and LiveLovePaddle. The unit does not come with for use unfortunately.
