You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space including BBQ, the private bathroom and the quiet neighborhood. My place is good for any sort of stay, business or pleasure. My place is centrally located which makes it convenient to get around anywhere in LA. Close access to main freeways makes it even easier...Beaches are a short car ride or bike ride away. There is a private fridge that I will stock with waters and light snacks. There is also coffee and tea available any time.

This space is a prime location , 7 miles from the LAX Airport, 2 miles from the Del Amo Shopping Center, and with quick access to Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. Guest will find restaurants within walking distance as well as a short drive to Whole Foods, CVS and Starbucks.
