Bay beach and playground are a 3 min. walk from the house. Sunsets are beautiful. Ocean beaches are a 15 min. drive to the west (Smith Point) and to the east (Westhampton). The street borders a 263 acre park with trails. There is an outdoor shower (April thru Oct), hot tub, gas BBQ, fire pit, wifi & AC. 20 min. to wineries.
