The guest house is separate from the main house with its own entrance and is located at the back of the property attached to our garage. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a private patio on one side and a shared backyard on the other side of the home. We are walking distance from downtown restaurants, nightclubs, breweries, movies, Gallo Theatre and the Virginia trail.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
