There are 5 stops on our journey... 1. Moses's House - I'll start by inviting you into my house, to tell you my story, from growing up in Kibera through starting my own tour company with a mission. From there we’ll walk the railroad tracks of Kibera, meeting the people. 2. The Kibera Organization - We'll meet Edu who provides microloans for female-owned small businesses. They also provide motorbikes for Kibera residents to get to work. 3. Bio Gas Center - We’ll meet Edwin, the founder of a project which turns Kibera’s waste into energy for it’s inhabitants. 4. Women’s Craft Center - We’ll meet Rosemary who set up a workshop for women living with HIV. Collectively they remove the stigma of HIV by employing women with HIV to create crafts. 5. Master's Touch Bakery - At the finale of our tour, we’ll meet Nancy for coffee & fresh baked goods. Kibera Creative Arts Visit
1. We will meet at Prestige Mall at Ngong Rd. in front of the supermarket’s entrance. 2. Then we will do a walking tour to multiple iconic spots so that you can capture the essence of Kibera through your lens (the famous Kibera railway, Kibera panoramic view, Kimungu bridge, Laini Saba grounds and finally we will walk through Biashara street until Undugu junction) while listening to Kibera’s history and story of Kibera Creative Arts. 3. After we will grab a boda boda/tuk tuk (local vehicle) to where the organization is based 4. Once we arrive you will visit our music studio where you will be able to engange in any of its activities (produce, record, mix etc.) 5. After visiting the studio we will go for lunch at one of our local restaurants to experience delicious local food (pilau, ugali, dengu, minji, madondo chapati). 6. Finally we will visit our creative workshop where you will meet some of the artists from the various disciplines supported by Kibera Creative Arts. We will pick you up at your hotel / residence/ a Airbnb unit in Nairobi. As you all know Nairobi National Park is unique as the only protected area in the world with such a huge variety of animals and birds close to the capital city. A short drive out of the Nairobi central business district is the Nairobi National park which host a variety of wildlife including both white and the black rhinos, lions ,hyenas, Hippos, antelopes, buffalos, Zebras, Elands etc. The pick up time is preferably 6:00am (if you will be ready) so that we make it to the park before sunrise for some amazing sightings when animals are still active. At the park, we will proceed to register at the main entrance to obtain tickets/gate passes: which is $43 per person non resident adults and $22 for the kids below 18 years which is Paid via cards(debit/credit) - not inclusive on the package! The total time is approximately 4-5 hours inclusive of stopovers - then later on after the Tour we will drop you back at either the pick up location that is your hotel /residence or any place of your choice within the City. You will spend a few hours while we reveal what it is like to live as a Masai in the heart of my homeland. We will take a maximum of 1hour at our first meeting point. Then we will move to 032 Lounge, the best nightlife spot in Nairobi, you will definitely have a great chance of enjoying the local music, dance and sing the night away. My experience will show you the heartbeat racing side of Nairobi party life. When the sun goes down behind the ngong' hills , Nairobi city comes to life with clubs, bars, pubs and joints lighting up and opening their doors to revellers from all over the world. Nairobi has hidden spots that visitors can only know and visit through me! The experience begins with a meet up at 6pm local time at The Gret lavington mall for the very famous Nyama choma "grilled goat meat" and local beer. *I may come pick you up at your hotel or Airbnb at a small cost or you can use Uber* We then cross over to Kengeles club, one of the oldest bars in Nairobi. It's a place loved both by tourists and locals,it's a little quiet before 9pm so it's great for grabbing a beer and talking as we get to know each other more. Their cocktails are the best too!! From there we head over to westlands area which is the party capital of this city! There we will visit several clubs like Forty40, Brew Bistro, Millan, and finally The Alchemist which is basically the best party spot to give you the Ibiza feeling in Nairobi! 1. Let's meet at Adams Arcade Shopping Center along Ngong Road 2. Then I briefly introduce myself and brief you about the itinerary 3.First stop will be at an open air market at the edge of the slum. 4. Second stop is a handicrafts production and display center. You will witness how the locals through hard work and resilience are making ends meet and putting food on the table despite the many challenges they face. They produce assorted products like jewelry, clothing, home & office decor e.t.c out of recycled materials like brass, aluminium, copper, cow bones e.tc 5. Third stop is a random household inside the slum to showcase and let you learn how typically the locals live, size of families, size of houses, challenges faced, their dreams and aspirations etc. 6. Next will be at a restaurant for a short rest and soft drinks as I tell you my story of living in the slum & how my tour guiding activity is helping orphans & vulnerable kids in the slum. My dream is to come up with a Non- profit organization to help the orphans & vulnerable kids in a better way. This unique cultural experience is an easy day trip from Nairobi (also near many holiday homes on Champagne Ridge). Located only 1 hour from Karen. Learn to bead jewellery, prepare a gourd/calabash (traditional natural storage container) and enjoy an authentic homecooked Masai BBQ lunch. You will spend a few hours while we reveal what it is like to live as a Masai in the heart of my homeland. My family and community welcome you warmly while we share stories, a traditional lunch cooked over an open fire (choice of goat or beef), teach you to bead and prepare a traditional gourd as well as other activities. We open our hearts and home to you. As a Masai woman and leader in my community I love to share my culture and experiences with you. The experience begins with a welcome traditional chai- tea while the meat is prepared and we show how we light the fire, the way our ancestors have for many years. While the lunch cooks the time-honored way we learn to bead, prepare our valuable gourds and see how we live keeping our livestock and traditions alive. Together we enjoy BBQ lunch with ugali (maize flour), kachumbari (chunky tomato salad) , medicinal soup and our beloved Masai favored delicacies (optional). We can offer vegetarian options upon request (even though Masai are not vegetarians!). For groups 6 and above we can offer an optional humane goat slaughter.

Greetings from Nairobi! you can call me tom, I love meeting new people and sharing my culture with people all over the world from Kenya, the nation of champions and distinctive culture. Allow me to take you on a fascinating tour. I will either pick you up from the airport or your hotel, and we will then go sight-seeing around Nairobi's streets while I explain the city's history and current social, economic, and political developments. We'll go to a variety of locations, including KICC, NATIONAL ACHIEVES, and MAASAI MARKET. After that, we'll take a driving tour of the city, and we'll end by trying several Kenyan dishes at nearby hotels.
Day Safari to Amboseli National Park
Come along with me on a one-day trip to Amboseli National Park, the home of elephants. We'll begin our journey at 5:30 AM with a pick-up from your hotel, Airbnb, or preferred location. My preferred route is the Emali to Oloitoktok route, which takes approximately 3.5 hours to reach Amboseli's Iremito Gate. We'll make a quick stop in the morning to grab sna The estimated arrival time is 9 AM. Upon arrival, we'll pay the entry fees according to the following guidelines: Adults: Ksh. 860 for residents, USD 60 for non-residents Children: Ksh. 215 for residents, USD 35 for non-residents Next, we'll commence the game drive. You can expect to see numerous elephants in the vast Amboseli Park. Other wildlife that you may encounter include lions, hyenas, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, and a multitude of bird species. You will also be treated to stunning views of the snow-topped Mount Kilimanjaro. We'll have lunch at one of the hotels within the park before heading to Observation Hill for a bird's eye view of the entire park. We'll start our return drive to Nairobi at 4 PM, taking the Namanga route which leads to the Kenya-Tanzania border. We'll make a stop at Namanga to grab a drink or take photos at the border. Our expected arrival time in Nairobi is 8 PM.
