We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The one bedroom studio features kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living space with heat pump and an outdoor courtyard and free roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance way. Our living room is directly above the studio, please be aware we can be a little noisy, as we have a newborn, a toddler & 2 dogs but we always try our best to keep the noise down.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Converted shearer’s cottage on a small avocado orchard, eclectic but cosy. New bathroom, large master, private little backdrop. Family friendly. Kitchenette with benchtop oven/cooker, small fridge, bbq. We are semi rural, not too far for an Uber. We are 'pet friendly' but please confirm first. It is an old house, but all the important stuff is new - beds, linen, carpet, bathroom Please let us know if you'd like the trundle bed set up.
