Hello and welcome! This 2-story, 2000 sq ft home is in a quiet neighborhood. There are bike\walking trails and Catabus within a 15-minute walk. We have two cats, Kristi Kreme & Shadow. This stay is a family environment with my two young adult sons and me. Their dad sometimes visits throughout the week. You may hear me getting after them to clean up, take out the trash, cut the grass, shovel snow, etc. We have two other AirBnB rooms with which you would share a full bathroom. No visitors allowed.

NEWLY REMODELED IN SPRING 2021! The Peaceful Park Forest Cottage is a small stylish home (2 bed, 1 bath) located in the family friendly Park Forest neighborhood. The cottage is perfect for couples or small families. The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. If you are under 21 and do not have at least one Airbnb 5 star review, we will not rent to you.
