We rent our private, lovingly and freshly renovated Swedish house. It lies on a very large estate in the quiet hillside location of a small village, on which it seems to bloom constantly throughout the year. It has about 90 sqm of living space, which is distributed in three bedrooms each with a large bed (2×160 cm/1x140cm), a living-dining area with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet with access from the master bedroom.

We did not completely renovate and furnish the apartment "Schwalbennest“ until 2020. Modern furnishings meet stylish furnishings in modern country house style on 53m². The apartment has a separate double bedroom and a large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. There is room for 2 adults and a baby/toddler. Another person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
